What is Solaveil?
Solaveil is a range of inorganic sunscreen actives that provide broad spectrum protection from the sun's harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays.
This means it provides a physical barrier from both UVA rays which cause the skin to age, and UVB rays which cause the skin to burn.
Solaveil is not an actual product itself, but it is the active ingredient in a range of sunscreen and beauty products, therefore you need to look out for the Solaveil symbol (below left) on pack for peace of mind that you are effectively protecting yourself from the sun's harmful UV rays.
