How will the sun affect your future?
What are your attitudes towards sunscreen protection and how do you behave when the sun comes out? Here are two young women in their mid 20s that behave very differently when the sun shines:
Option 1
This woman is very careful about using the right sunscreen protection that protects her skin from both UVA and UVB rays. She wears a hat and tries to stay out of direct sunlight when the sun is at its strongest.
Option 2
This woman is a sun worshipper and likes to get a tan. She may use sunscreen but not a high SPF and does not realise the importance of using a broad spectrum filter that protects her from UVA as well as UVB.
